「no elevators a/c unit is very noisy we could not set a proper temperature in the room breakfast not included with price of room, as it was with all the other places we stayed for the same price」

「The house was very clean and tidy, and the stay was extremely comfortable.」

「Only 2 elevators for 16 floors Sheets were this and in use long past their due date THIN computers were down/ slow the whole period of our stay Window in the corridor was broken I have been a HH member since the 80s and have repeatedly chosen Hilton affiliated hotels over the years but one is really a very poor representation of the brand」
