「Very friendly and laid back family run hotel. Food was very good and i felt very welcome as a solo traveller」

「二日間の滞在でしたが、タオルなどは補充されていましたが、お風呂のバスタブが一日目に使ったままで、清掃がなされていませんでした。1日目のお風呂は私が先に入り、後から、連れが入りました。翌日、夜、再び私が入ろうとしたら湯船の内側に皮脂がついていて気持ちが悪かったです。イギリスの方はこういうことが気持ち悪くないのかしらと、思いながら自分で清掃しました。2泊まとめて取るとこういう事になるのかな？とか、もしかして、チップを置かなかったからでしょうか？などと、考えてしまいました。イギリス在住の方から、不用と聞いていたのでそうしたのですが、間違っていたのかしらとも、思いました。」

「The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at £10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise it’s unusable most of the time. The park itself doesn’t make it clear that the bar/restaurant is closed having been decimated in a storm 18 months ago… a...

「Great location for a 'home base' in Newquay. The Family Studios set up was perfect for our family of four (kids 4 &7), with all the essentials we needed for our trip. We had a mix of meals in the room with the incredible sea view as well as dining out. Note that the mini fridge in the room does not have a freezer compartment, so one to think about when planning groceries for the week.
