"I've stayed at all inclusives before and this property is top of my list. The lobby area was so clean and welcoming. The reception staff was so pleasant and patient and answered all questions. The bell staff was so helpful and cheerful. The entertainment crew was high energy and made the experience top-notch."

"We stay in the Spa Villas and the amenities can not be beat. We had a little hiccup where our room was overrun with ants and they upgraded us to a bigger space room. The staff is amazing. They really make you feel like you are valued. We can’t wait to return next year!"
