「Perfect position, nice and clean, great service 」

「We stayed at this hotel for one night for holiday to Port Stephens. The room is very clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel for stop over or one night for budget. The hotel is in located the residential area near the high way and there is no good restaurant or shop around, and it takes more than 40 minutes by car to sight seeing spot in Nelson Bay.」

「Dishwasher didn't work (dishes weren't clean and we had to re-wash them) and sofa bed was not usable due to being awfully uncomfortable (suggest bringing alternative bedding if you need it). However the resort and facilities were lovely and we would stay here again. 」

「Fantastic short stay at South Pacific Palms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were given a room upgrade to one of the modern rooms on the ground floor, which was very nice of them. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious, clean and had nice decor. The grounds around the pool were lovely. Lush grass, palm trees and beautiful big day beds to lounge on. 「This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too.
