My family enjoyed their stay at Flynns on Surf Beach Villas, the property is walking distance to the beach and cafe. The pool is heated and the kids got to enjoy it in August. Clean property and the management kept the surroundings clean. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

Really enjoyed our stay here . would most definately stay again. Loved the couch in the lounge it was big enough for all four of us to be comfortable. Pool was very nice.Loved the water dragons that visited every day too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Flynns. It was nice and quite. The place was clean, had plenty of room, close to the beach, town and had everything in the apartment you need if you want to cook or just chill on the comfy couch and watch movies.

We had 2 families staying in 2 villa, both of them were clean and friendly to kids. Kitchen was clean and had everything you need for lite cooking, BBQ facilities also were convenient. We woke up every morning by birds outside. About 5 mins walk to Flynns beach which is quiet and less people. If you are from a busy city, stay here will be so relaxing.

The property suited our needs - two bedrooms, comfy lounge, dining table and full kitchen. Well equipped. The beds were so so soft that I found them very uncomfortable and got a sore back. I’d love to stay again, but I couldn’t with the beds as they were.

There are more than one Flynn’s on the beach and when I arrived at this one I was very disappointed.we are an elderly couple that didn’t want to be in a children’s paradise. Be careful where you book so your get what you’re looking for.

Locked out but a good stay

The premises were fine. However, there were four of us and we could not access the balcony and what we think was a lounge. The door was locked and our key for the front door was not the key to open the door. Location was good. Parking good.
