Nestled in the safe and ever popular Park Circle neighborhood, this family home is perfect for groups needing a restful space to explore Charleston from.

+Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The gym is 1 mile away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply.
Bugs: This house is professionally treated for bugs, but if you do happen to see one, please keep in mind: this is the south, in our climate its not uncommon to see especially when the whether is changing. If you do see one, let us know and we will handle it ASAP.

Nice place but could use some upgrades

My friends and I stayed for a couple of nights here for my bachelorette trip. Overall the space was decent and located in a nice area. One thing to note is the bungalow is located right next to a main road, so we would often hear traffic, sirens, and train whistles all throughout the night. The space itself is mostly accurate to the listing but could use several upgrades. Some of the kitchen utensils were very used and poor quality, the lining of the refrigerator door had mold, and the exterior part of the overhead light in the kitchen was coming off. The tile and flooring underneath in the bathroom seemed to be unstable and ultimately could use a fixing. We understand the house seems to be more of an older house, but some of these repairs could go a long way! All of that being said, the host was very nice and communicative, and overall, the stay was nice.

Excellent Place

Everything was as described in the description. The owner is amazing and communicated with us throughout the process. The house is perfect if you are visiting with a pet. The fenced in backyard was very helpful. Checking in and out was so smooth. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice and comfortable house

House is an older structure. Closet doors are sliding double doors but all work well. Air conditioner worked well. Hot water is very hot. We did not use the kitchen other than the coffee pot. We used only the king bed. Very comfortable, firm. Plenty of linens. Living area furniture was comfortable. House was very clean. I encourage the homeowner to check the floor system underneath in the hallway by the washer-dryer. Very squeaky and springy.

Wonderful experience

Everything was lovely and as described on posting. Would go back for sure! Proximity to USS YORKTOWN was a huge bonus with my son graduating Navy Nuclear School. Everything was clean and lovely...even a washer/dryer. Kitchen was new and spacious and accommodated our 6 visitors very well. 3 bedrooms slept 7 of us just fine...a 7th could sleep on couch if necessary. The entire house was super new, updated and very clean!! Thank you!

Pleasant Charleston Stay

We enjoyed staying at this bungalow very much. A quiet, private space which allowed us to enjoy our quick getaway! The laundry was an added bonus and the off street parking.

Charleston quick trip

Great location with Park Circle being so close. Easy drive in to Charleston. Owner was quick to communicate with. Older house with plenty of space and well equipped with everything you need. Great fenced in back yard if you bring your fur friend.

Wonderful Host & Excellent Communicator

This was our first VRBO experience and our host was super helpful and patient with us since we mangled our reservation the first time around. We loved the neighborhood location that was convenient to everything in the Charleston / North Charleston area. The nice part was being outside of the hustle bustle and in a great area to go for a walk. We appreciated feeling safe too. We will be sure to rebook whenever we return to the area. Thanks Joseph, you are awesome!

Quiet and clean

The property was very nice. It was clean and the neighborhood was great. Very quiet and charming. The house itself is no frills and basic but was nice for our entire family to stay.
