「All of the required amenities were there and in good condition. Extras such as dishsoap, laundry detergent, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper were all provided in sufficient supply for our entire stay. The house was in good condition - comfortable. 」

The stairs and front door mat had not been swept and they were clustered with leaves. The outside sitting area was covered in leaves. Inside the tops of the curtains were full of dust, the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned....
