「Navajo ladies needs to be more friendly especially at the place where you get your players' club card. When I got mine, the lady who processed my card just left the card on the counter & walked away without saying anything. That was very bad. 」

The hotel is located in the middle of Sedona's natural surroundings, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the town center where the shops and visitor center are located.
The staff were wonderful. Everyone greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious and the facilities were perfect.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we go to Sedona.」
「The fire pits and pool were great! The atmosphere was elegant and modern while still being family friendly, but not annoying to childless couples. It felt like adult summer camp. The beds were super comfy and the room was clean. The natural light was lacking but it just made us use the facilities more because the open air bar to patio was great. It’s also close to everything! 」
「Definitely fulfilled our retro Route 66 fix. The pool was warm and the games were fun. When packing up to leave, we accidentally left our hotel keys in the room and the door closed, and although it was before the office opened at 8am, staff was able to help us out.

「What an historic property, staff was excellent. Take backs were no mini fridge , no microwave rooms were small but comfortable. The Peacock restaurant was way more fancier for my liking, but a quick walk down the block you can find a restaurant to better suit. Great location if your looking to do Whiskey Row.」
