"We stayed in room 207 which has a fabulous view of the sea and beaches. The decking outside needs attention and the carpet is stained but apart from that the room is good. Old guy working the bar is really cool. He insisted we didn't pay for our drinks all night."

"We stayed in room 314 and our room was spotless apart from window not staying open. Spa was good although jacuzzi broke on 2 days which was disappointing. Breakfast was nice although a little cold and tea/coffee machine not working but we asked for tea in a pot which came straight away Enjoyed our stay apart from seagulls early morning squawking"

"Peter and Stuart are great hosts who ensure your stay will be good. Bed comfy, heating and ventilation good, WiFi 100%, and a little fridge to store the fresh milk. Wonderful breakfast. From just outside their hotel, you can walk down through Peasholm Park during hot daylight hours and keep cool under the trees. We walked back up from the seafront on the well lit roadside. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was the perfect accommodation for five adults, with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent – within easy walking distance of the Open Air Theatre, the town centre, Peasholm Park, and all that Scarborough has to offer. Despite being so convenient, it’s situated in a lovely, quiet residential area.Jo was an exceptional host, providing excellent communication and some brilliant local recommendations that really enhanced our stay. The property is extremely well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!"
