「Anna greeted us upon arrival and not only checked us in, but walked us to our room. The property is wonderful, clean, well attended and in a perfect location. Staff are always available and smiling. Breakfast buffets are numerous, plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed our room with a balcony overlooking the river very much. 」

This inn is located in a fully functional farmhouse and vineyard, perched high on the slopes of Douro Valley mountains offering picture perfect views. 「Gets everything right. Excellent The hotel was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 and feels brand new. We stayed two nights in late Sept. It has thought of every detail. This is how hotels should be designed. Lighting in the room that works easily; showers that are also easy to figure out (when are other hotels going to start doing this?); plenty of space in the bathroom to place things.
