The condo was about 3 minutes walk to the beach. It had everything we needed to get by for the few days we were there. Clean towels and sheets.

Our condo was located a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, and was an easy walk to local restaurants and bars. It was very clean, had a great shower and was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

This property is beautifully decorated and located in an ideal spot close to the beach, with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Frank was quick to respond and very pleasant to rent from.

Good location close to the beach and Atlantic Blvd. Kitchen is well-equipped, beds are comfortable. It feels more like a home than just a short vacation condo. We enjoyed our stay there. Communication with the owner was easy.

Right in the heart!!!

Our stay was wonderful! Place was nice, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. This location is right in the heart of Virginia Beach! There were tons of things to do, go, and eat! There was tons of shopping also! Frank sent me everything I needed for check in and his responses were quick!! I will stay here again when I come back!

This sweet and cozy nook is convenient to everything! We were able to walk to the beach, breakfast/lunch/dinner, and to some shops. Several places to DoorDash for quick food. Each room has their own tv and fan. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very Clean!

All on First floor with a very open plan. Two queen bedrooms are nice sizes and we really liked the uniqueness of the bathroom. Great spot close to the beach and fun shopping/dining. We will be back for sure! Also - owner very approachable; we had a question on a few things and he replied very quickly.

Close to everything

Very nice apartment. Walking distance to everything. Not too noisy except the jets overhead. Felt safe. Only the hairdryer was broke so we replaced.

Ocean Perfection

Couldn't have asked for anything better. The clean, seaside feeling bungalow is in the perfect spot. Park your car & leave it as the beach, ocean, great restaurants & shops are all with-in easy walking distance. The extra amenities (beach chairs, umbrella body boards & sand castle making items) were the icing on the cake. Thanks Frank!!!

Location and access were great. Mentioned cleaning issues to the manager, and wish they would have reimbursed my cleaning fee. We found a sock, tags and stickers from someone elses clothes stuck to the comforter and a dirty koozie under a chair.

Very nice property, and the location was great. Within walking distance for just about anything. The only negative things I can say is about the parking, the lot is very small, and the water pressure for the shower was very weak. Other than that, everything else was great!

Our stay during Dance Competition Week

Not only was the condo just as pictured; it was clean with all the amenities of home. Also, Frank was amazing. When I had a concern, he was just a phone call or text away. Either form of communication garnered a prompt response.Dance competitions are already stressful but having a nice place away from home to relax and reset is key. This was definitely it for us.
