"Stayed 4 nights over holiday weekend , great view, near everything!"

"Book this property! My husband and I stayed at this property for weekend getaway. The location is ideal being a quick block away from the beach, boardwalk and several restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and the property was super clean and everything was fresh and seemed new. This 2nd floor condo had a keyless entry and has both interior stair and elevator access with enough space to store bikes inside or on the balcony if that’s your preference. There were nice touches...

"My family of seven traveled to Sandbridge Beach to celebrate the graduation of our grandson from high school and added in a couple extra days for a mini vacation!! The property was wonderfully located! So many amenities I don’t think we used them all!! Communication from and with Karen was great and quick! We will definitely stay here again!!"

"Very nice condo had no issues. It was clean, in an area that was quiet, close to the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway for my sons wrestling tournament. The property manager was also very nice and easy to deal with!! My only thing thats not really a complaint but i wish it wasn't so expensive to bring our dog. Maybe do a small fee for ppl and ask for a refundable deposit and if nothing is destroyed or no big mess give the deposit back. Ppl love to bring their fur babies. But im not mad bc...

"I cannot say enough about our stay here. From the initial contact to our checkout, it was the most accommodating, guest-friendly experience we could have asked for. Instructions were simple and had no trouble settling in. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They even added special touches to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, which was the reason for our trip. "Owner is advertising rhat rhe place has a hot tub and it doesn't.. in addtion, balcony has cation tape on corner. Little piece of balcony is missing...the balcony for the unit directly above was in the same condition. I did not feel safe stabding on the balcony. This should be fixed right away for the price they charge. Owner of unit did not reply to my request for early check in. I feel at a minimum should be responding to email."

"Very clean and maintained property!! The appliances are all brand new and state of art!! My 4 legged son enjoyed his stay as well especially being so close to his beach walks!! Make sure you obey dog beach laws!! We will definitely stay here again!!"
