「Room was small but clean, parking was tricky, but was ok, was 2 mins walk from seafront, overall stay was great.」

「This is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub. The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends. To get a breakfast included was phenomenal. 」

「Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer.」

「We arrived really early before our check in but they let us park our car so we could go off and enjoy the day and told us our room would be ready a bit earlier if we wanted to come back before check in. The check in was really efficient lady was so polite offered to carry our luggage. Room was on the 3rd floor wow a lot of stairs but room was really clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean really warm and welcoming. Had a couple of drinks at the bar staff were so...

「When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall. Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. 」

Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others.」
