I was disappointed with the housekeeping during my stay.
My room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. I had to contact the front desk because we ran out of towels, and although I asked for them to be delivered as soon as possible, it took quite a while before they arrived.
The used cups were never replaced, and the trash bin was not emptied either. Eventually, I had to speak to the front desk and wait for Guest Services to handle the issue.
The location of the hotel is good, but the housekeeping service was well below my expectations. Unfortunately, this made my stay far less comfortable than it should have been. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards.
