"Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. The floor in the room was sticky and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to be inside and close the door. There was mould around the sink and the shower leaked which had previously damaged the bottom of the door due to water. The air con did not work properly and was loud - probably needed a service. It was also leaking some brownish coloured liquid on the wall. Whilst there is parking on site, there is not enough parking for all the rooms and this is not allocated, meaning that we had to park out on the main road. I would absolutely not stay at this property or recommend. "

"The perfect beach shack for a lovely weekend getaway. We booked it for Valentine's Day weekend which is also our wedding anniversary and it was lovely to find a little charcuterie box in the fridge as a Valentine's gift. So thoughtful! The beach is on the doorstep. It's so beautiful and calm with a gorgeous rockpool and a little cafe nearby. The place is clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful stay. "

"No issue with the host being helpful. Thank you. Feedback for the host, she may want to consider her cleaning service as the place was dusty, cigarette buds around the pool area and the lawn. Spiderweb hanging off the ceiling near the kitchen and the rangehoood was not clean. "

Our stay was generally comfortable.There were a few minor inconveniences. The property does not have a microwave, and the coffee machine was missing a tamper, which made daily use a bit less convenient. We also noticed that both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms cannot be locked from the inside, which felt slightly unusual for a group stay.For a stay of around six days, the rubbish bins felt quite small, and managing waste required a bit of planning. Additionally, the garage and some storage areas were not accessible, which was not a major issue.The kids really enjoyed the backyard pool. Although it’s not very large, it provided plenty of fun, especially on days when the beach weather wasn’t great, so the kids didn’t get bored.Overall, the home is tidy and comfortable. With a few small improvements and clearer information, the stay could be even better."
