No air conditioning which was not apparent at the time of the booking. Staff wouldn’t clean room properly Breakfast hardly any variety Metro on a 12 min walk No mini stores in the area especially at night

Verbal instructions for getting into the city were excellent from the individual who helped us. Hotel should provide more specific written directions for locating the tours and finding the main train station from the street upon return to the hotel.
