「Wonderful convenient quiet location. The check in and support was easy. Every issue we had was quickly resolved. Great instructions for how to use the place in English. It felt like concierge service and support. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. A/C worked well. We used the kitchen and coffee (nice touch to have coffee and tea there already). 「We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. 」

「The property was great for 2 families. The stairs are quite steep so you’ll need to be careful when going up and down. We did noticed that the floors were not swept as there were dust and cobwebs (one spider!) along the stairway. Overall, we still appreciate the house layout and the proximity to the train station. 7-11 is a very short distance away which made it super convenient to grab last minute snacks. 」
