The location is good but it is near an elevated train line that will occasionally sound like low thunder, something to be aware of for light sleepers. Pros: * Security! We felt very safe here. * Clean * Good sized space and beds. * Really close to the train station and grocery stores. Cons: * Train noise * The sofa needs to be replaced. It was stained and wouldn't hold it's shape when you sat in it, just kind of fell apart. * Location isn't special, just basic. "
