"The property has great access to Sendai station and the surrounding shops. The building is secure and has extremely useful amenities like laundry which was extremely easy to use. When I checked in the staff was well trained, some of them even have a great level of English proficiency and even when there were language difficulties the concierge handled them courteously and clearly. "There were was en enitre mall between this hotel and sendai station, i spent a few hours going and looking at all thw different shops, the rooms were perfectly clean and the staff overall was very helpful"
