"The staff are always polite and helpful, greeting you in entry and exit of the hotel. The twin room was spacious and had enough room for bags. The bathroom is your standard Japanese hotel style and size. The room and amenities were clean. If I had to pick one very small negative is that the tv is not a smart tv, so you can't watch YouTube, Netflix or cast to it. Other then that it's a near perfect property."

"As soon as we walked through the door, the staff was right there to collect our luggage and help us with the registration process. A desk clerk walked us to our room with our luggage. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The only drawback for our extended stay was the lack of drawers to store clothes. A cabinet with a few drawers would have been very helpful. The businessman, who is there for one night, would not need the storage. The hotel was conveniently located near the railway station making sight-seeing very easy. The hotel was also very quiet. We were never bothered by unwelcome noise during the night."

"Convenient location, steps away from subway station, with supermarket and restaurants right downstairs. Amazing view, spacious rooms. Slightly dated but clean and very well-kept. The main entrance is hard to spot, the sign inside the shopping center is hidden, the elevator to the lobby feels like a dark, back entrance. Staff is very helpful, super long line during check-in hour, like 8-10 people in queue, even with 3 staff working at the counter. But after check-in, everything is good and smooth."
