「歴史のある建物ですが、とても綺麗です。床が少し傾いてますけど。上の階の足音がやたらと響くのは、上の人が太ましいのか、足音高くあるくのが趣味のアホなのか、建物の古さの所為なのか。 洗面台の水の出が悪すぎて、髭剃りに苦慮しました。また、シャワーの水量ももう一つ足りなくて、しかもお湯になるまで1分弱かかるという。比較的暖かい気候だったので助かりましたが、冬だとキツいかも。 スタッフの方の対応は良かったですし、目の前の道を12番のストリートカーが走ってるのは良い感じでした。」

「The property is in a truly old home, but they have done a great job to update it and make it comfortable. It has the feel of a hostel, but definitely higher quality than your average hostel. It's a great option for a place to lay your head that is clean and convenient. The porch is amazing is well. Everything works, showers were warm, and everything was clean. 」

「I preferred a hotel with a front staff stationed and bathroom is attached to the room. I didn't expect the bathroom was separated and had to go out of the room and punched code every time to get in. It was not convenient. 」

The location was ideal for our event (Bar Exam) at the Ponchartrain Center. Sam was a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again!!!」
