    "Honestly my review comes mostly from the lack of help from the front desk. Asked for cream for my coffee. Wouldn’t help. Said there was nothing he could do. Was a talk guy, I believe his name was Deiter. Just gave me this strange look like I was asking too much of him.     "I have been coming to this hotel every year (apart from Covid years) since 2009. It is a perfectly good 3 star hotel. It would probably rate a 4 star if it had air con. But the ceiling fans do a good job keeping the rooms cool. I am 85 years old with mobility problems. The location is ideal for me - the main railway station is opposite and there is a tram stop directly outside the hotel. It's only 4 tram stops - a ten minute journey - to Marienplatz in the heart of the city. It's an easy..."
