「Heel mooi hotel met een hele mooie kamer (captains room). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je merkt wel dat veel van hen weinig ervaring hebben, maar dat wordt goed gecompenseerd door vriendelijkheid. Helaas wel geluidsoverlast gehad op de kamer van schreeuwende kinderen op de gang en kamer ernaast. En om 23:00 nog harde muziek in de bar recht onder ons. De dreunen kwamen flink door. Na twee keer gevraagd te hebben of dat zachter kon, is dat goed opgepakt. Ook bij het uitchecken is daar...

「I couldn’t book another hotel on that day, but I could book this hotel instead. But when I reached there and checked in, I felt disappointed because the recipient seemed to be tired and dulled. Not sure because I reached there around 10pm. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean to rest. But the station from this hotel took 20mins by walk.」

「Een van de beste van heel Zeeland, zeker als je een hond mee neemt. Ook de attentheid van het personeel voor mijn echtgenote die glutenintolerant is, sprak boekdelen. Nog niet meegemaakt dat ze iets extra’s gingen klaarmaken zoals pannenkoekjes. Dit gold trouwens voor de het hele ontbijt. Goeie keuken ook met topbediening. 」

「Lovely boutique guest house in Bruges! A short walk from the city centre and easy to arrive via the bus from the train station. Self-check-in was extremely smooth and the chap at check-out was very friendly. We had the place to ourselves and our room was pretty and comfortable. Would recommend De Kelk opposite for a drink (enormous menu of beers), and nearby Lion Belge for a traditional meal where the locals go to eat - their Flemish stew and chips was fab.
