A fabulous hotel, where the little things are taken care of, without needing to ask. Super facilities from the design of the hotel to the bedding. A complimentary glass of Ruinhart, probably tells you what you need to know!

the only criticism ww has was the cleanliness. in arrival we found some hats in the bathroom floor but this was was made good will just we went out for a walk hotel is situated in a very convenient area and is of a very high standard breakfast was impeccable

Truly the best hotel by the North Sea. The ultimate luxury living. The staff is amazing, from the valet, the reception, the food management to the spa. Everyone is trying their best to make my stay comfortable and fun. Friday night live music would be my favorite event of the hotel, following by the wonderful breakfast!!! Cheers the the dream teams, the beauty and the comfort of the hotel. Perfection is here to spark!!!!

The property is very well located, service is excellent and prompt. Love the decor of the hotel and rooms, the understated luxury is palpable, Bar is excellent The only objection is that we were given a room without windows (yes, no windows!). No mention in the reservation or at check in on this "detail". The room was beautiful, but never experienced something like this in a 5 star property (or any property)

Super Nice Hotel but Service is Not what you expect and know from other Hotels - Like the Bothanic Sanctuary in Antwerp before This stay. Room was cleaned on Sunday at 4pm there is no door to the toilet which is not good at all. Only 1 towel per Person in the bathroom and no Soap. More of such Details could be mentioned Burg This is what makes the difference

Improvement necessary

We stayed from the 28.07- 30.07.2022 in La Reserve and are happy to share our thoughts and feedback with the team and also via Google Maps. The hotel is located opposite of the famous grand Casino Knokke on the elizabethlaan close to the Albertstrand. It’s easy to find and the entrance to the underground parking spot is well signposted. Unfortunately we’ve not been informed nor any information about parking fees (which are 28€/d) posted or addressed. This is something we would like to know upfront. Entering the hotel we’ve been welcomed by the receptionist. The checkin was easy and quick. The room (#207) itself had no daylight which creates a gloomy atmosphere. Would be nice to get the Information beforehand. Nothing stated nor pictured on the booking website. After we spotted a bunch of hairs from previous guests in the bathroom, shower and on the heater which we felt disgusted by, the manager on duty gave another room which was clean and nice. The breakfast fee is 35€/p.p which is not a good-price quality ratio what they serve. For instance, the whole English breakfast was cold and not of a quality what you expect from those higher class hotels. Their are much nicer small breakfast places around the corner with are spraying a wonderful Charme e.g. de Kaasfee. The breakfast location inside and outside are nice but it’s very difficult to manoeuvre each other through the narrow aisle with a breakfast plate in your hand. Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir lieben das Ambient im La Reserve Im Restaurant La Rigue kann man hervorragend essen aber der Service war beim letzten Besuch nicht gut. Obwohl wir erst Ostermontag angereist sind, wo der meiste Trubel vorbei und das Restaurant am Ostermontagabend relativ leer war , lies der Service sehr zu wünschen übrig. Da stimmt Preis /Leistung leider nicht .Schön war der Tag auf der Terrasse mit DJ.Sehr lobenswert zu erwähnen der Service und die Freundlichkeit von Estefania ,die uns meist an Bar bedient. Für uns dort bis her die netteste Servicekraft . !

Klassehotel, maar prijs-kwaliteit iets overrated. vb: superontbijt, maar voor 45€ pp verwacht je toch dat alles erin zit. Je kon nog betalend uitbreiden (bubbels, bepaalde eierbereidingen, ....). Tof zwembad met sauna en overall wel vriendelijk personeel.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, allerdings würde ich breitere Betten bevorzugen.
