Perfect location for access to public transport and to walk into the old town. A couple of good eateries very close too.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, mainly just somewhere to sleep and relax in an evening. It was comfy and clean. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room but that's the only niggle.

Hotel itself very nice, good breakfast. Friendly staff helped a bit with parking issues first day and ice the first two mornings (but not the last). Neighborhood interesting - some sketchy businesses (exotic dance halls & casinos), but numerous hotels & families walking around. A substantial walk or short ride to major Munich sites.
