"I did not realize I was booking a hostel when I booked. It was also not clear to me that this was a hotel with a religious element; though I didn't mind necessarily, it would have been helpful to know. I will say it was clean and tge staff seemed nice and ploite and helpful. I was given a room in the very top of the hotel at the end of a dark hallway. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable being relegated so far from everyone else who was staying there. The window was situated high...

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again."
