"Im Vorfeld hatte ich über die Expedia App versucht, das Hotel zu kontaktieren. Diese Anfrage blieb leider unbeantwortet. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren leider vorhanden. Es ist keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sicher ein Problem ist. Sonst war alles notwendige vorhanden. Preis/Leistung war für mich in Ordnung. Das Personal an der Rezeption...

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung stand. "We stayed at the Hotel for two nights. Staff was not availabel after 6pm. Had to call to get a code to retrieve the room key on Sunday night!! Hotel was quiet and clean…staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a nice variety! One caveat … Property has no elevator! We came from the United States and had to drag our large luggage to the first floor!! We made it but need to be considered for elderly guests. Overall very good hotel to stay. Definitely would stay there again!!!"

"Late check in through a pin system is available and key safes too but they don’t advertise - bakery and restaurant nearby too. Functional and clean but a tendency to start entering your room and push you to get out even before 9am - parking system is good once you know and have a card to get in but don’t arrive before 14:00 "
