Great Staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms smart and clean, breakfast was good too. Overall a very good hotel with rooms that have AC which works well for those hot summer days.

Room is clean and big. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. Not many choices in breakfast. Not 24 hours reception. For staying consecutive nights, you will have to ask if you need room cleaning.

Poodles choise!

Really great place to stay! Great location, nice staff, building in good condition, comfy beds, clean room, a lot of variety on breakfast buffet and most important OUR POODLE STAYED FOR FREE! Could not have been a better experience. The town is also really nice and not nearly as small as we thought beforehand and we spent a full day walking around and shopping.

Staff was helpful and professional. The property was located in a great area. Mall across the street and walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. My only complaint is that the room could have been cleaner (webs behind curtains in corner and drawers were not wiped out).

It's in a good location, close to the train station and a pretty local park. There are plenty of dining options close by. The evening desk person was efficient, hung up curtains that were down for some reason, and didn't know much about the local area. Not surprised, as there is only one staff person around to handle everything, including kitchen/restaurant duties. The rooms are in a bit of a convoluted layout, it's not easy for two people to operate in them. The room we had was on the street, and was a bit noisy unless we ran the A/C at full blast. The morning employee on duty was more helpful than the evening employee with making arrangements.

One of the loveliest hotels I ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean, brilliant staff, free drinks in the fridge on your arrival and free coffee in the morning! The rooms are very cool and they have everything you need. Beds are also very comfortable. Definitely recommend getting a room if you are looking to stay in the area.

The hotel is a bit run down (showing its age). We arrived at night and the staff appeared disinterested. We asked where we could eat and were told that we could walk down the street for 10 minutes and there would be restaurants there but they were all closed. In the morning we had breakfast which was quite good but again the staff was not friendly!

Great hotel in a central location

The hotel is a short walk to the centre. There is a nice bar and a free coffee machine. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location & Effective room

The room was super big and that made everything easier for 2 people. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Besides, the size of the bed was great either. There were a lot of plugs and usb/type c input on the wall. The location is perfect.

Large, clean room. The bed is super comfortable, the best I have found in a hotel so far! Blackout curtains, but some light leaks in from below the curtain, the noise from the street is well isolated when the window is closed. The air-conditioning works well in summer. The location is superb: opposite the mall (which has supermarket, drugstore, some food options); also just 5-10mins from the town centre with lots of food, 10 mins to the train station (or bus stop right beside the hotel). The room can be a bit too dark at night as the room lighting is limited. The table is a glossy surface, so my mouse had issues without something underneath; and the table only had one AC socket so I could not plug in 2 laptops at once.

Das Zimmer war sehr stylisch. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war super. Sehr viel Auswahl. Hier wird jeder etwas finden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit 👍👍Wir kommen wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt war wieder recht angenehmen. Sehr netter Empfang, ein Napf inkl. Begrüßung für unseren Hund stand auf dem Zimmer bereit und das Bett. Dennoch haben wir zunehmend das Gefühl, dass die Qualität nachlässt. So waren im Schrank neben dem Kühlschrank leere Falschen vom Vorgast, der Toilettendeckel war auch schon ordentlich lädiert und was uns am meisten negativ aufgefallen ist, ist dass man seit neuestem fürs Parken im Hotel 15€ pro Nacht zahlen soll. Dies war bisher nicht so und missfällt uns ausserordentlich. Da sollte man sich noch einmal überlegen, ob man diese Politik weiterverfolgt.
