"Great for all ages! Only let down was we did not enjoy the buffet. "

"No Breakfast on site. Staff was Ok. Hot tub was not working the first night we were there. Health club / exercise room is in terrible shape. Most equipment is broken. No in room coffee. Coffee is in main lobby. So if you want a morning coffee you have to go to lobby and join the construction workers that are there getting coffee?"

"I like to give the front desk lady on Friday morning a big shoutout for her sincere service and help resolving the issue with double bookings for same night I had with Expedia. My second booking was a mistake with Expedia website, it was meant for Saturday night. It was not refundable . The hotel staff understood the situation and notes from my call right after the booking was made, they agreed to waive penalties and grant full penalty for refund. This is truly what customer service is about, care , understand and help with customers with their needs. Thank you so much. "

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. However, the high floor fallsview room was extremely muggy and uncomfortable for the first day of my stay. On day 2 I decided to keep the curtains closed the entire day from sunrise until sunset and it cooled all the way down. So keep your curtains pulled during the day and you’ll be fine! The front desk staff was rude both times that I interacted with them (checkin and checkout) as if I was bothering them. I paid $70 per day for valet and was unable to reach valet staff for an hour at checkout. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for the valet to get the car & bring it to me. Having said that, the location is fantastic. I walked my way around Niagara Falls to Clifton Hills and the entire length of the falls and it was only 11,033 steps. I was able to enjoy a fantastic dinner at Morton’s Grill inside the property as well. My only critiques are the staffing issues. "
