「Staffs are not professional and not salute their customers and they ignore when they meet on the way or anything else to know.....! Late night manager are very ignorant and demanded me for my other relatives to stay with me but I paid one for three persons.Gate keerers are so bad manners and staff are arguing each other with rough tone in front of guests. I'm disappointed. Hotel was 3 star or 4 star but their is no toilerty goods in bathroom but there was only one small shampoo and body soap...
