Niagara Gorge Discovery Center

Great hotel, convenient location, clean rooms, east parking, comfortable beds. Price was great. Wish the fire pits were working, loved sitting out on the courtyard at might but couldn't not turn it on?

Our recent stay at Lenox Hotel was disappointing. The property is quite old and lacks modern facilities. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with leaking taps and no exhaust fan or proper ventilation, making it feel very stuffy and suffocating. There was also a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and for the price, we expected much better maintenance and facilities. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
