「Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. However, the cleanliness of the room and common areas could be improved, as some areas appeared to be overlooked during housekeeping. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the overall guest experience would be much better.」
