「We booked a suite for our trip. 4 kids 2 adults. The room was great and accommodating. The kids wore themselves out cooling down in the pool for a night swim. The location was great. Not too far from anything. We enjoyed sitting out in the patio listening to the river. The staff were very accommodating and friendly when we needed something. We did see 1 bear in the parking lot but he left shortly after and we just watching him prowl around from the safety of the top floor.」

「I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all.
