"WISH WE HADN’T!!! . No lights at all working on communal stairs so pitch black up to top floor apartment apartment. Stuff from other flats left on stairs so added to trip hazard. "Checking in was a breeze and very helpful and cheery staff when arriving. Minor issue with the room when arrived, however it was sorted by the desk staff and a happy resolution was found. Accomodation wise after that was spot on. Really have to say the staff members we dealt with were exceptionally good and a credit to the hotel. "

"Had a lovely meal, during our stay, for our daughter's graduation. We also had cocktails which were excellent. The option of air conditioning would be a bonus, but we were provided with a fan and the fact that you can open a window meant that we had a comfortable room temperature. All the staff were lovely, Lesley was particularly helpful. We have stayed here previously and the refurbishments have made it an even better experience."
