With private off-street parking, you enter your holiday retreat into an impressive kitchen, boasting a breakfast bar area, all the equipment you will need, wall-mounted Tv and of course… a wine cooler! Plenty of storage and work surface space makes this a great area to prepare any meal from breakfast to a hearty feast. Located downstairs too is a handy family bathroom, with a shower, great for when you come back from the beach. The separate living/dining room is a real hub where you can get together and recount your day’s adventures, with a large dining table and bench seating, super-comfy sofas and seating plus large Smart TV.

Take the stairs to the first floor and find four excellent bedrooms, with modern fixtures and fittings within bright and airy surroundings. Upstairs, the second floor has a lovely loft conversion with a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom, with pleasant views of the church nearby. Outside there is a garden terrace, ideal for morning coffee before you set off for the day!

This beautiful part of the Cornish coastline has much to offer. Away from Newquay, visit Padstow, famed for its little streets revealing galleries, cafes and restaurants serving the finest culinary delights. The beaches here offer sublime views, caves, inlets and coves to discover. Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle are all fabulous days out, whilst nearer to ‘home’, coastal walks and vistas are aplenty and fun-filled days out is a given!
