「One problem recognized on arrival dealt with by manager promptly and effectively. Otherwise, only demerits are that upstairs bedrooms did not have night tables where a lamp could be placed or chairs on which you could put your suitcase. Finally, the toaster oven needs to be replaced. All easily fixed.」

「Absolutely gorgeous view, rooms and bed sizes work well for families. Only thing I would add is that if you are planning to bring a truck to the property (thankfully I brought my suv) it would be very hard to pull into the driveway with the sharp turns going in. Overall…Great place, loved playing ping pong and enjoying the hot tub when the afternoon winds picked up. Good amount of sand castle toys for kids and overall great area for enjoying family dinners and games after a day on the beach. 」

「Cute well furnished cottage. Only issue was the extremely pokey weed things on the walk to the beach that left splinters in our feet and dogs paws, but there was someone trying to remove the dried bushes. 」

「We would definitely stay here again! The property was clean and nicely updated. Even though it is in a 4 unit building we never heard our neighbors unless we were all on the outside patio at the same time. The views and access to the beach were incredible! If it is not foggy, the sunset is spectacular and we watched gray whales right off the beach. The location is just minutes from Yachats or Waldport, which both have amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. It was not a chore to run out...

「It was perfect for what we needed. Very close to excellent. Wish there was a very very good option. Not fancy, but short walk to beach, good location, and our own deck made for a lovely stay. Would go back.」
