And because of its prominent corner location just one house back from the boardwalk, the white water views are plentiful without having to pay beachfront prices. Thoughtfully arranged to provide a stress-free, clean, and comfortable environment, our guests can relax immediately upon arrival. All rooms are comfortable and bright with lots of natural sunlight and easy access to outdoor living.

BONUS 3RD LEVEL ROOM: - 2 Full-size futon sofa beds w/ extra linens and pillows; TV (streaming only) - PLEASE NOTE: Because this room is not internally connected to the second story living areas (except for the rear interior stairway), and because there is full access to the rooftop deck, careful parental discretion is required as to the appropriateness of children or teens occupying this room overnight. (There are no bathroom facilities on the third story.) - These additional third-story amenities can be accessed by an outside stairway from the main level's front balcony, as well as by an interior stairway near the rear primary bedroom. Both access doors and stairways can be locked.

LAUNDRY: Shared coin-operated laundry facilities located in laundry room along side walkway. Bring your own laundry supplies and quarters.
PARKING: 1 carport for most sized vehicles and 2 compact to midsize vehicles. Carport dimensions, 78" H x 95.5" W. Neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.
LOCATION: Best of all is the close proximity to the popular 34th Street beach - known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. There is something for everyone at this longtime local favorite! And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery store, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6-miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and to ensure compliance with local ordinances.
