「The room we were given did not have a bathroom attached to it, the bathroom was in the hall with a sign “only for room 2” but there was nothing stopping others from using our bathroom. The bathroom smelt terrible. The room was much smaller than described, the building was confusing, parked in front of the cafe because we weren’t sure where else to park, we never got a wifi password even after messaging and asking. Room was clean though.」

「コーチステーションからは近いが、少し小高いところにあるので、重たい荷物を持った徒歩での移動は少し大変でした。内装はとてもオシャレでした。部屋にバスタブはありませんが、冷蔵庫があり便利でした。3泊しましたが、清掃は一度もありませんでした。しかし、フロントに頼めば綺麗なタオルをもらう事ができました。私はジムやプールなどは使用しませんでしたが、そういう施設もあります。とても良いホテルでした。」

「メニューは満足であった。スタッフには親切に、接してもらった。駐車場が無料で借りれたのは有り難かった、」

「パブで飲んで酔った隣部屋の客の話し声や ドアの音で、目が覚めてしまった。」

「The automatic check in machine wasn't working so it didn't print out room cards . I couldn't get into my room . When I phoned the help line I was told that someone would be there in 15 mins . 45 mins later someone did arrive . The problem was sorted but again later that night I couldn't get into my room 🙃. I had to check in again to get another room card. The help line was not answered when I called . However the room itself was nice , clean and comfortable. The location in town...

「駅から近く、とてもアクセスが良いホテルでした。周辺にはレストランやスーパーがたくさんあり、食事にも買い物にも困りません。客室には冷蔵庫があり、ちょっとした飲み物や食べ物を入れておけて便利でした。さらに、清掃の際にはお水を追加してくれる気配りもあって、快適に過ごせました。 一点だけ気になったのは、廊下の音が思ったより客室に届くことです。静かさを重視する人は少し気になるかもしれませんが、全体的には便利で使い勝手の良いホテルだと感じました。」

「ダブルベッドの部屋を二人で利用しました。スタッフとの連絡はとてもスムーズで、立地も便利で部屋は清潔でした。非対面のチェックイン、チェックアウトもスタッフからのわかりやすい説明のおかげで何一つ問題はありませんでした。 残念だったのは、値段に比べて部屋が狭くてカバンを置く場所がなく、使ったバスタオルをかけるフックや冷蔵庫がなかったことです。隣の部屋の声が聞こえることや荷物を預けられないことも要チェックです。」
