Such a beautiful place to stay. So spacious and comfy and we had a really good weekend. It was nice to come into a very clean apartment. Had a little trouble getting the parking garage code to work, but the friendly staff after hours were really helpful. Can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you

Cleaning was not the best, twisties under the bed and litter from previous people. Bed slopes from a peak down from the centre line to the edges.

The check-in process was easy and efficient. How ever when we entered the apartment the cleaning product smell was overwhelming. We had to open every window and door to let air in. The apartment was well equipped how having more towels would have been good

The apartment was in a great location, with easy access to Beaumont Street and its cafés and bars, and only a short walk back to the apartment. It was very clean, modern, and worked perfectly for our family of five. The only small downside was that we didn’t receive the check-in details as mentioned in the email confirmation and had to call to get them. Aside from that, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely come back. Thanks!

This property was very nice. We were comfortable. Check-in easy. Close to amenities. Everything we needed. Just one thing. Bed was comfortable, but needs updating in my view. Otherwise all was fine.

I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! •Poor Customer Service; The washing machine was broken during the 3 night stay, was advised Maintenance would attend, they did not. I booked this property due to its alleged laundry facilities. I will be contacting Department of Fair Trading to see if a partial refund applies. •Housekeeping; Knocks once and barges in, whether you are clothed or not. •Property Placement; Located between a huge Telstra Building and a Mechanic Workshop •Check-In; Automated, if you have any issues or questions at all, you call a number whereupon the person taking your call has no idea what is going on, and can’t do anything about it, pointless to have a person on the other end, I would have preferred talking to a box of nails. •Over-Priced; This entire accommodation is a rort, stay elsewhere.

Good location & spacious property. A little rigid with check in / check out & additional charges. No on-site reception. Clean, modern & comfortable - minor maintenance issues. Would stay again but wouldn’t rush back.

Room smelled like heavy bleach, & we found cockroaches in the room. The support staff (telephone support) was not so friendly the way he responded when we asked for garage parking and how to get the access. So overall, I would not recommend this to anyone.

Nice but with issues

Great property but I’m sick of these remote access property. There are security key pads everywhere which are very annoying and potentially a fire trap. But other than that the property was good.
