3泊しました。バスアメニティは手洗い石鹸、シャンプー、ボディソープ、コンディショナーが小さいボトルに入ってありました。タオルは基本毎日交換あります。グランドセントラル駅から徒歩10分ほど。ホテル周辺にはグルメ屋、屋台、スーパー、薬局がありました。特にESSENというお店は朝ごはん調達に使っていました！美味しかったです。もちろん荷物も預かってくれます。

場所は便利で部屋の広さは抜群、しかし...

ロケーションは素晴らしく、部屋は値段の割にニューヨークにはありえないほど広くて快適だったが、バスルームは広いが質素で古く、シャワーは弱い上に、ハエが毎日大量に飛んでいた。またバリアフリータイプのシャワールームだったため、水が洗面台の方まで跳ねだして床が水浸しになるのが不快だった。また洗面台のまわりに物を置くスペースがないのが不便。あとは、枕のカバーの一番奥に硬いものが入っていて、出してみたら金属の何かの容器で、かなり不気味だった。

Don’t Be Fooled by the Pictures Checked in and right away things went downhill. Hotel has a B rating posted on the front door. We got ONE room key for two people staying four nights. Elevators? One was completely broken, the other was sketchy at best, front desk even admitted someone got stuck in it last month. Our room had one set of towels (for two people!) and just a single roll of toilet paper, no spare. Phones don’t work in any of the rooms, staff confirmed it. So every time you need something you have to go all the way down to the front desk. I asked for more towels and TP and was questioned about how many people were in my room… honestly, who cares? If I ask for towels, just give them to me. No housekeeping the entire stay. Furniture is super outdated, with stains on the curtains and tables. The “mini fridge” didn’t keep anything cold. Bathroom was poorly laid out, no hand soap, and the shower soap dispenser was almost empty. The photos online are completely misleading. Nothing about this hotel matches what they advertise. The only good things: the AC worked, and it’s close to Grand Central. That’s it. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

This hotel & chain has gone bankrupt & was shut down from 10th September by the FDNY. We arrived from the UK to be told the hotel had closed & had to source other accommodation. Expedia are still not updating their system to reflect this causing further upset for travellers!

Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas de chambre à nous proposer car problème de fuites d'eau. Aucune solution .l'hôtel ne vous a pas prevenu afin de trouver un autre hébergement ce qui nous a réellement mis en colère car ils nous ont dit que ce n'était pas leur problème. De ce fait nous avons réussi à vous joindre et vous nous avez envoyé les coordonnées de l'hôtel Hampton inn Madison. de ce fait nous avons du prendre un taxi pour se rendre au nouvel hôtel et je pense que cela serait un geste commercial de votre part de prendre en compte la course du taxi pour préjudice financier. La valeur de la course est de 22$74 .

This hotel no longer exists!! Im only giving this one star because its not possible to give it none! Do not book this hotel! We arrived after a 7 hour flight to a vacate order on the door and a security guard stating the place was closed, the owner had went bankrupt and left and the fire department had put the vacate order up because the entire place was leaking and flooded! Nobody from hotel or expedia had contacted us before to let us know and we were stranded, we were not only guests dealing with this dilemma, lobby was full of people in same situation. We luckily found alternative accommodation a few streets away!! But do not book, this hotel is no longer in business. I dont want anyone else to go through what we did! Especially with it being our first time in NY!

Madame, Monsieur, Je souhaite porter à votre attention un incident très grave rencontré lors d’une réservation effectuée via votre plateforme. À notre arrivée à l’hôtel réservé par l’intermédiaire d’Expedia, nous avons découvert que celui-ci avait définitivement fermé ses portes et n’accueillait plus aucun client. Cette information nous a été confirmée sur place par l’accueil. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés sans solution d’hébergement, dans l’urgence. Conformément aux indications fournies, nous avons immédiatement tenté de joindre votre service afin d’obtenir un relogement ou une solution de remplacement. Or, aucun de vos agents n’a accepté de prendre en charge notre demande : à chaque tentative, la communication a été interrompue et aucun suivi sérieux n’a été assuré. Cette situation constitue un manquement manifeste à vos obligations de professionnel, et a causé un préjudice évident (désorganisation, stress, frais supplémentaires).

I had made a reservation in advance. I arrived in the evening on a Sunday. There was no staff and a sign in the front saying the hotel is closed / shut down due to maintenance issues since 3 days before my arrival… They didn’t even have a phone where they could be reached for assistance, just leaving travelers to fend for themselves… outrageous carelessness… days later still not able to reach hotel… as it was fashion week the only hotel I could find was an hour away in Brooklyn… I will avoid this hotel going forward.

Horrible! I've requested a full refund since we checked the very next morning, only because it was a Sunday and the US open was in town. There were unidentified liquid stains on the furniture and curtains, the freezer was frozen up in the fridge and leaking water all over the place. There was a construction grade ac unit in the sitting area. The water pipes were so loud if you used the water and the ac unit was so loud always that you couldn't carry on a conversation. The pillows were so hard, it caused a strain in my neck. The toiletry bottles were empty, so I attempted to call the front desk. The phone didn't work, I went downstairs, to complain and was told that none of the phones work in any of the rooms and haven't for at least 4 months. I reported the refrigerator and was told it would be reported then was told that they were out of body wash but handed 6 small tubes of shampoo and conditioner. There is obviously not a service elevator, so the only elevator that worked for the guest was also used to transport leaky and smelly trash. When we checked out the following morning, another couple checked out at the same time equally upset by their choice in hotels. The room keys didn't work in the elevators, therefore allowing anyone up to the hotel rooms. I'm still waiting to hear from the owner. I wish there was a way to not give any stars at all. Needless to say, our trip to NYC costs us an additional 1600.00 in finding another hotel to stay in at last minute.

We were turned away at check in saying there were “management issues.” We were not allowed to check in still hoping to get a refund from Expedia. But definitely made for a stressful arrival. I would not recommend booking this hotel.

After I checked in I realized the TV did not get proper reception…. Which is fine.. I just like to watch the US Open in my room. Then the air conditioner was not working right. I asked to change rooms and the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The new room was fine. The do not have any soap to wash hands and the shower dispensers were empty. They also do not offer maid service…. At least not in my room. I was there a week and never saw a maid. The location was great…. 3 Blocks to Grand Central. Once again the front desk and doormen were VERY nice! I would stay here again…. Just lower my expectations.

I would definitely avoid this property. Large room but in poor condition. No soap in the bathroom and refrigerator did not work. Asked at the front desk and they said they would fix it. Nothing happened. And for about 45 minutes in the middle of the evening, nobody at the front desk was able to issue a key. They were at "lunch".

The room itself wasnt bad, what i didnt like was that I was there for 7 nights and not once did they clean my room. I had to continuously ask for toilet paper and towels. Its obvious that the restaurant next to it is also owned by them, id come into the lobby to find the employees rolling silverwear, cleaning dishes, cleaning aprons. Not to mention how they were treating and talking to other guests ( not myself just witnessed ) I dont think id be staying here again, but will say i have seen worse.
