"Unfortunately I was disappointed in this hotel. When I arrived, there was hair all over my shower. I asked for another room and I was sent to a smaller room with water damage in the bathroom and a clear mold smell. I decided to go back to the old room and clean the room myself. It's clear that they don't employ enough staff to take care of the room properly or to great guests at the start of their stay. I would suggest they consider hiring more people to upkeep the hotel and perhaps fixing doors that are pulling a part due to humidity. And please bleach the mold stains in the rooms. Bleach would go a long way."
"My stay from check-in to check out was perfection. The room had two queen size beds and was spacious. The location is perfect to walk from various landmarks, subway access very close by, and beautiful views all around. "
"Never stayed in the heart of Times Square before; incredibly convenient if you're looking to see shows. The staff was great and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. Breakfast was impressive, with the hot items changing daily. Room was sleek and cool — except for the alarm clock that couldn't be stopped. Who needs an alarm clock these days? A minor flaw in an otherwise great stay."
"Staff was very welcoming and helpful, amazing customer service. Good location, more of a quiet area. Aesthetic of the hotel was gorgeous. Only complaint was our room was very humid and stuffy. "
"Adorable lobby. Rooms are adequately sized but lack details. Bad design in bathrooms, few towels, prison style sinks, could do so much with little $$ cost but disappointing overall.
Elevators were tricky working only half the times.
But FANTASTIC location! Great NYC views and SUPER CUTE cafe adjacent to the lobby.
Not a bad place for the price just not the greatest rooms. It’s NYC and an older building but small details were overlooked that could have made it 5 Star worthy!"
