The Space:

A fantastic free standing townhouse, designed in the shape of a sail, split over two levels and located in a tourist hot spot in central New Plymouth. It is a short stroll to Pukekura Park, Womad, Racecourse, Bowl of Brookland's, TSB Stadium, cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.



City Sails is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. Located in a quiet side street in the city, you won't need your car here as all major attractions are only a short stroll away.



Comfortable Accommodation:

- One well-appointed bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-sized bed

- Two spacious bedrooms upstairs, one with a comfortable king bed and the other with two king single beds

- Quality linen provided for a good night's sleep

- Two modern bathrooms, one on each level

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash.



Bookings which exceed 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee at cost to guest every seven days. All our properties are for accommodation purposes only, no gatherings or parties.



Other Things to Note:

Booking person must be 25 years and over. Strictly no parties or gatherings.

Bach Break manage this property and are only a phone call or email away. Office hours are from 8am to 8:30pm.

Taking a Break
