No parties… no loud music after 7pm.. we have elderly neighbors & try our best to respect them

Before checking out all trash is to be in trash bags in the dumpster which can be accessed from the back door located on the side of the house.

Trash runs on Tuesday & Friday, while staying on these days any trash you have must be put in the dumpsters & put out to street
