「Overall the condo was nice, however it was missing a few things in my opinion. There was no toaster which seemed odd, no clock whatsoever in the unit besides the microwave, a keurig, there was a coffee pot but since I'm the only coffee drinker it would be a waste to make a pot for 1 person. Also we needed to buy a bottle opener since there wasn't one in the condo, I would think something like that would be there since it's New Orleans and people do have a few drinks on vacation. 「The place needed finishing in many areas. The hot /cold faucets in one bathroom were reversed. The faucet in the kitchen kept falling off. Very stark and barren decor. The outside gate and fronts were dirty and peeling paint although the inside was okay. First impression was disconcerting especially with 3 barking dogs. The location was the best. Walking was safe and close enough for no driving. 」

「The condo was very nice. It was in a convenient location with easy access to the garden district and the French Quarter. The warehouse/arts district, where the condo is located has excellent restaurants and galleries. Parking was provided. We would stay here again.」

「We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.」
