"Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff no hot water! This was absolutely ridiculous for the premium price that we paid. The management did nothing to address this situation. I cannot recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful, historic building located centrally in the French Quarter. It's a short walk to so many of the highlights in NOLA. The staff were friendly and when a power outage throughout the area happened there were complimentary beverages in the lobby and a live piano player to turn it into a fun experience. Just a few small details were overlooked in our room, hence the lower star rating (additional TP had to be requested and one bathroom light didn't work). Overall very nice and I would stay there again and recommend it to others."

"I have been staying at upper-level hotels for over 40 years. The experience this past weekend at the Westin in New Orleans, was one of the best. From the valet parking the day I arrived to everyone in the hotel having a smile and willing to do anything to help you every day. Rating this experience a 10 almost seems like its not good enough. Great Job Team Westin New Orleans!!!"

"clean room and kitchen, but smells a bit old. Breakfast was decent but would removed much in advance of 10, like at 9:30 instead so missed out on some items if you slept in a little too long. "
