「The front desk staff at the courtleigh is exceptional!. Always smiling and very accommodating. Patrick in the bar has the brightest smile and the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel in Jamaica. Looking forward to my next business trip to kingston. 」

「Anyway, all the staff were kind. The hospitality is wonderful. The place was not very convenient. The surrounding area was an up-down slope. It's safe as long as you can take a taxi. It seems that the room was an expansion building. I was worried about the noise. I can hear the sound of the next room. This is not good.」

「Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either.」

Just walking distance to some attractions, shops, and restaurant but super quiet neighborhood. You will forget you are just feet away from the everyday hustle & bustle. Dawn is right on it for any questions or concerns, even all the way from Asia where she was during my visit. I absolutely loved the balcony. Gave me a sense of peace, especially during my studying time.」

「The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc The grounds are quite lovely - a nice garden with flowers, ferns, Orchids & tropical fruit trees, You are free to walk around & help yourself to fruit if u want to.
