"I always stay at this Hampton Inn location. The staff is wonderful & the pool is always warm for my little granddaughter. Upon checking in, there was a sein at the front desk saying the pool was open, but the heater was broken. I questioned changing my reservation to a different location because we swim so much. Anbritt promptly picked up the phone and made a call, arranging for us to have access to the pool at the Doubletree, which shares the same parking lot. I was so grateful that we did not have to move to a different location. One more reason, we will always stay at the Norfolk Airport Hampton Inn."

"Room was Clean and was in Great shape, only thing i didn't like was the bed and pillows. The mattress kept sliding on the frame and pillows was way to thin. Other than this everything else was good"

"This property could definitely use an update but for the price it was a good stay. The service staff were attentive and friendly and the room and property was very clean."
