「Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.」

「Many rooms but only two laundry machines」

「The front desk staff were all kind, and the shuttle bus was convenient. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Norfolk for business. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.」

「Every time I stay with them my stay gets better. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I stay with them. I'm in town at least 4 times a year for at least 4 tonight each time. Very nice place to relax. I give them a 10 . The rooms are clean the breakfast is great.」

「The property is very dated, there are people hanging out at motel, make loud noises, our room was very heavy smoky we were unable to sleep and get any rest because the room very heavy smell of the smoke and the people hanging out.

「Staff was nice, and room was clean.. Bed was very comfortable.」

「Great place to stay」

「We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...
