2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Everything was awful! I’d give zero stars if I could! I was locked out and couldn’t even check in until a resident let me in. Then the check in process was confusing and the front desk said they couldn’t help me since I booked through landing. When I got to my room, it was dirty and filthy! Dirty towels all around the bathroom, crumbs all over the floor, and hairs in the bed! I slept on the couch because I didn’t want to sleep in a dirty bed when I had a prestigious exam the next day! I tried contacting the host to get cleaning for my room, and they ignored me and didn’t send anyone! Never again!
