気になった点 : 清潔度
The place was small which was not a problem for me as I was only there for a week on business so I was not spending much time there. The internet was almost non-existent (but is supposed to be good according to the owner). The worst part is that when I woke up in the morning and went to take a shower, the water smelled extremely bad like ROTTEN EGGS. When I contacted the owner they said that is normal for the property and there was nothing they could do. I expect at least electricity and potable water when I rent a place, so I told them I wanted a refund for the remainder of the week and checked out. I was told that they would provide a refund according to their policy. I asked several times over the next few weeks for an update on the refund but the owner never reached back out with any information. I called VRBO 5 times and each time they said some form of they are trying to get ahold of the host and then on 2 different occasions said that the host had agreed that it was not acceptable and they would refund the money within 48 hours. I still have not seen the money and its been over a month. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SMELL LIKE SEWAGE AFTER GETTING A SHOWER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also do not expect the host to be responsive on anything. Extremely TERRIBLE customer experience, TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE host, and completely unbelievable that someone can rent something that is unfit to rent and then not return your money when there is an issue.
