「The room it self was fine just as it was described aside from the Internet not working but we didn't mind that. The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. 「We just stayed at this condo last week. It was really nice. There were 4 of us. A nice master bedroom, very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had twin beds and they were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was great. The living room and dining area were very large and well equipped with puzzles, games, really nice tvs. It also had a great back deck with a good view of the water. It was just a short walk to the beach which was great. We would highly recommend this place...

「First time staying here, both at this condo and at this beach. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach. Comfortable bed. Room stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. There was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen. The only downside was there was no place to hang clothes, except in the bathroom. We were only there for a long weekend, so it wasn’t an issue. I’m only mentioning it because I didn’t think about...

「This is a brand new unit. Nice size for a studio with a king sized bed, a good sized kitchen area and nice sitting area. It was too hot to hang out on the small balcony, but that could be nice on a different weekend!Location is what makes this place so nice. We walked to Reed's for coffee, the Mar for dinner, and checked out the waterfront . . . without having to get in a car. Not too far from the bridge to head over to Atlantic Beach too. 「Kitchen needs to be better equipped to meet the needs of a family. There is absolutely no place to put you clothes, the closets are full of personal items (laundry baskets with lamp, art work etc) leaving no space for visitors belongings. The 2 night stands in the rooms with drawers are full of linens. Would not stay again. When we arrived the primary bedroom door was locked from the inside and we had to find a pin to unlock it.
